At NOVAMARO, your satisfaction is our priority.

Please read the conditions below carefully.

1. Return Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return:

The request must be made within 14 days of delivery.

The item must be new, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

The item must be returned in its original packaging (bag, intact tag).

Any item not meeting these criteria may be refused.

2. Return Procedure

To make a return:

Include your order number and the reason for the return.

You will receive the return address and instructions.

Ship the item via a carrier with tracking.

⚠️ Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Restocking Fee (10%)

A 10% restocking fee will be automatically deducted from your refund.

This fee covers:

Return processing

Quality control

Restocking the item

The restocking fee does not apply to defective items or errors on our part.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons or in accordance with our suppliers' policies, certain items cannot be returned:

Underwear and lingerie

Swimwear

Accessories (jewelry, sunglasses, hats, etc.)

Sale items ("Final Sale")

Gift cards

Thank you for your understanding.

5. Refunds

Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of its acceptance or rejection.

If your request is approved:

The refund will be issued via the original payment method.

The amount will be credited within 3 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

A 10% restocking fee will be deducted.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size or item, please place a new order.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective item or an item different from the one ordered:

Contact us within 48 hours.

Provide photos of the product and its packaging.

We will process an exchange or a full refund.

In this case:

✔ No return shipping fees
✔ No restocking fees
